Qualifications

• Experience with Production Operations/Program Management.
• Experience with Cable & Harness, Circuit Card & Electro Optical Assemblies.
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor, and report on production operations metrics.
• Ability to manage budget for the department and budget performance.
• Experience working in a Union Environment.
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
