This Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EB&DT) position supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division.
The selected candidate will be a member of the IT support team responsible for managing airgapped networks. This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.
Active TOP Secret Clearance
Most possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)
Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs.
Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assets
Exemplary customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ogranizational skills
Remote site travel within same geographic location, daily turnarounds.
Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration
Experience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)
Experience with technical procedural documentation
Experience with Powershell scripting
Experience with application package creation and deployment using MECM.
Experience with Thin clients, VDI solutions
Basic network troubleshooting, layer 1 and 2.
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
