Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an experienced MPE Administrator to support JSF Mission Planning Environment at Edwards AFB, CA. The role involves cross-training across database, network, systems, security, and administration to ensure data integrity and system availability.

The candidate must obtain and maintain a Special Access Program clearance. Expect deployment to CONUS/OCONUS locations, rotating shifts, and potential overtime based on mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Secret security clearance or higher with recent investigation (last 5 years).
• Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, CCNA) or equivalent.
• IT experience across system, database, network, and mission planning domains.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with users and LM leadership.
• Perform system/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring.
• Ensure smooth, secure operation of multi-user systems with peers, Tier2, and engineers.
• Laptops re-image and account maintenance.
• Monitor systems/applications for availability and performance.
• Train ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed.
• Perform COMSEC CRO duties and train others in COMSEC.
• Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 5 years

• IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning
• This is an operational support role to an F-35 unit, the selected candidate may be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week - which may include weekends as dictated by mission requirements.
• All individuals must be able to adhere to the REAL ID Act which establishes minimum security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards.
• Must have Valid Passport

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00
