Job summary

Lockheed Martin AFS seeks an experienced administrator to support JSF Mission Planning Environment (MPE) and ALIS for a F35 squadron. You will deploy with the unit, cross‑train across systems, networks, security, and databases in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining system integrity.

You will serve as technical lead for MPE, train users, and assist ALIS admins with multi‑functional requirements, COMSEC, and security hardening. Expect CONUS/OCONUS deployments and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 5 years.
• Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
• IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning- administration.
• Operational support role to an active fighter unit; may require deployment to CONUS/OCONUS locations, rotating shifts, and >40 hours per week.
• All individuals must be able to adhere to the REAL ID Act for state IDs.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with end-users, ALIS/MPE/LM leadership, and Operations/Maintenance stakeholders.
• Maintain systems, databases, software, and firewalls; monitor health and security.
• Image laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user provisioning.

Role

This role is in support of a F35 Fighter Squadron at NAS JRB Fort Worth. The selected candidate will deploy with the squadron. Deployments typically range from 2weeks to 6months. We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the JSF Mission Planning Environment (MPE) and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS). In this role you will cross‑train and operate across multiple information‑system disciplines—including Systems, Network, Security, and Database in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Could Include, But Are Not Limited To

Interacting daily with end‑users, ALIS/MPE/LM leadership, and Operations/Maintenance stakeholders. Maintain systems, databases, software, and firewalls while monitoring health and security. Image laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user account provisioning/de‑provisioning. Conduct availability/performance monitoring of applications and infrastructure. You will be the technical lead for MPE. Acting as the subject matter expert for both end‑users and administrators. You will also train end users, administrators, and assist and/or lead all OMS related projects. In addition you will assist ALIS administrators with multi‑functional requirements such as database upkeep, network configuration, and security hardening. You will perform COMSEC CRO and user duties. Enforce COMSEC policies and train all team members on COMSEC procedures. Lead support efforts for pilots during mission planning and debriefing by identifying and resolving system shortfalls.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
