Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; write routine reports.
• Mathematical ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and related figures.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems with varied instructions.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with PMS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Monitor daily and monthly revenue, and track budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; develop and implement leasing and maintenance processes.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Inspect units and enforce occupancy rules; respond to resident concerns promptly.
