Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent (Electrical) to lead day-to-day field activities on electrical projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with GC and trades, manage material and equipment, and ensure safety and quality in line with NEC/code requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical leadership, an active electrician license, and proven ability to deliver commercial/industrial projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical trade with progressive field leadership.
• Active state journeyman or master electrician license in the state of hire.
• Experience delivering commercial/industrial electrical projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installations to meet project schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Supervise and develop field personnel; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Coordinate trade partners and site logistics with GC and other trades.
• Oversee material, equipment, and prefabrication planning; track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate field documentation (daily reports, JHAs/AHAs, test records).
