Job summary

Helix Electric in Sandy, UT seeks an Assistant Electrical Construction Superintendent to support current backlog and growing workload on high-end multi-family projects. You will oversee electrical installations, safety, quality control, and field administration to deliver quality output on time and within budget.

This on-site, full-time role requires leadership of 15+ electricians, strong communication, and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate safety and environmental programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail under multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to mentor field personnel.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Building Codes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with managing, and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs
• Assisting with monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity
• Assisting with coordinating all manpower, materials, and equipment
• Assisting with completing field administration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases and the job diaries
• Assisting with organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
• Assisting with implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
• Assisting with supervising and mentoring field personnel (15+ electricians)
