Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation or related field.
One year of professional experience in a facility related to parks, recreation, or leisure services.
Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Valid driver’s license with no encumbrances.
CPR and First Aid (AED) certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility operations across three sites.
Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of seasonal staff.
Maintain ice rink operations and refrigeration systems when at Wheaton Ice Arena.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of boating facilities and equipment.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
Assist with marketing and customer service.
