Job summary

HCA Healthcare's LewisGale Hospital Montgomery seeks a Market Director of Support Services to lead EVS, FANS, and Facility Management across the market. You will translate enterprise strategies into local plans, driving care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Support Services or related operations.
Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-facility Support Services across EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
Translate enterprise strategies into market and facility operating plans.
Drive performance in care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes.
Establish market performance routines and review key metrics.
Coach, develop, and evaluate facility Support Services leaders.
Identify underperforming facilities and coordinate corrective actions.
Support budget performance, labor productivity, and cost controls.
