Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities, properties, or association portfolios.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and financial statement prep.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of entities and associations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Reconcile bank, investment, and balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Review AP/AR transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain GL integrity.
• Assist with audits, tax prep, and budget processes.
• Monitor reserve accounts and restricted funds reporting.
• Collaborate with community managers and external stakeholders.
