Meet The People seeks an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting for 13 entities across the US and Canada. You will drive the close, internal controls, and external audits while setting group-wide policies and scalable consolidation processes.

The role includes serving as interim head of finance for one agency (30–40% of time) to develop the Director of Finance and ensure accurate monthly statements and insightful management reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or equivalent senior accounting leadership role.
• Proven experience consolidating 5+ legal entities, including at least one outside the US.
• Hands-on intercompany accounting, eliminations, and foreign currency translation.

• Consolidate 13 US and Canadian entities into accurate consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Run intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities.
• Maintain chart of accounts, policies, and close procedures across all entities.
