Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician-Jackson, MI

Join us at Saint-Gobain, Jackson, MI-Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, Night shift/Swing Shift 2-2-3; 5:30PM-5:30AM; Pay depending on experience $35.00-$37.00 depending on experience; shift premium, bonus & OT Available.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimal performance while maintaining high standards of workplace organization and housekeeping. This role supports operational excellence through effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement efforts. Success in this position contributes directly to achieving key performance metrics, including Yield, Equipment Availability, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of all extrusion related equipment, both mechanical & electrical experience to improve safety, quality and efficiency within all departments including Blending.

Answering line calls from production to troubleshoot extrusion equipment problems.

Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in facility.

Use SAP to close out work orders.
