Job summary

PDM US is hiring skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.

The ideal candidate will have broad industrial maintenance experience with strengths in HVAC, pipefitting, welding/fabrication, or industrial electrical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Support emergency repairs to maintain production operations.
