Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading manufacturing organization in finding a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech for a 3rd shift in Manson, NC. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and maintaining complex equipment to support production operations.

The ideal candidate will have vocational training or 3+ years of experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with PLC programming and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Vocational or specialized training beyond high school in electronics/industrial maintenance or a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instruments.
• Computer proficiency, including PLC programming and analysis using laptops.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls and drives.
• Plan and perform work based on a thorough understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories, codes, and principles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Maintain accurate performance and maintenance records for equipment and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $ 33.66

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?
