Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of DDC systems and water chemistry testing procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to infection control standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work with minimal supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on diverse equipment.
• Keep logs for shift responsibilities (e.g., med gas, equipment room rounds).
• Operate and maintain building's DDC systems and order materials as needed.
• Carry out minor carpentry and painting tasks.
• Record work orders and submit hours daily to supervisor.
• Perform snow removal and work in adverse weather as required.
