Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice in Conyers to train in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will assist journey-level technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing production equipment while enrolled in a related technical program.

The role offers exposure to pumps, motors, conveyors, PLCs, and drives, with emphasis on safety, paperwork, and hands-on learning. Flexible shifts and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn multi-craft trades (Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic reading/writing in English, good math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Assist in installation and repair of machines; learn PLCs and drives.
• Read technical documents and follow maintenance procedures.
• Support plant inspections and basic trades maintenance.
• Maintain safe work environment and complete maintenance paperwork.
