Job summary

Pro Services is seeking a skilled multi-craft maintenance technician to support a LaPorte, IN facility. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support PLC-driven equipment and controls.

The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work with CMMS and project teams. The position offers on-site work with potential weekend coverage and holidays, starting wage around $34 per hour, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mult-craft maintenance experience across core areas.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation & controls.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and manuals; basic computer skills required.
• CMMS familiarity is preferred; vacuum systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Install, assemble, rebuild, and test equipment and systems.
• Inspect equipment and participate in projects; interface with suppliers.
• Support training, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
