Job summary

IPG is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced production and facility equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED with 5 years of maintenance experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of manufacturing background, and CMRT certification. Proficiency with CMMS (AMMS) and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 5 years of manufacturing multi-craft maintenance experience, OR 5 years of military technical field experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with two years of manufacturing experience.
• CMRT certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Enter and manage work orders in AMMS; track parts and maintain stock.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and improve PM procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers, Maintenance Team, and Machine Operators to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Perform instrumentation calibration, electrical testing, welding, fabrication, and other maintenance duties as needed.
