Job summary

Pro Services is seeking a skilled multi-craft maintenance technician to support a LaPorte, IN facility. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support PLC-driven equipment and controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mult-craft maintenance experience across core areas.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation & controls.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and manuals; basic computer skills required.
• CMMS familiarity is preferred; vacuum systems experience is a plus.

**Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician***Employer: Pro Services | Work Site: LaPorte, IN | Pay: Starting at $34.00/hour***POSITION OVERVIEW**This position is employed by Pro Services and assigned to support our customer's facility in LaPorte, IN. We're looking for a well-rounded, multi-craft industrial maintenance technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation & controls. This role is responsible for the daily maintenance, installation, dismantlement, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep the facility running safely and reliably.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs to ensure all equipment continues to run effectively and facility systems operate efficiently and reliably.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic machinery, combustion systems, and electrical/electronic equipment.Install, assemble, rebuild, and repair all types of equipment, and support all facility infrastructure.Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment.Participate in projects and planning events; interface with suppliers and lead contracting activities; use a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Identify, specify, and use spare and replacement parts.Participate in and actively support all required training, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), Human Performance, and company/department objectives.Availability for shift and weekend work is required, including holiday and emergency coverage.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.3+ years of maintenance technician experience across all core areas of industrial maintenance: electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation & controls.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified at time of hire.
