Job summary

Pro Services is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for a high-volume corrugated packaging facility in Lancaster, PA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across corrugators, gluers, die cutters, and related equipment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift with some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery with minimal supervision (B-level or above; A-level preferred).
• Mechanical fluency: bearings, shafts/seals, gearboxes, and reading prints/schematics.
• Electrical capability from 110–240V single‑phase; motors, wiring, sensors, and cabinet troubleshooting; 480V three‑phase experience is a plus.
• Foundational hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift with some weekend availability.
• Corrugated packaging or printing background is a strong plus.
• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform PMs and respond to live-production breakdowns.
• Service corrugators, flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters, and boiler/air compressor systems.
• Contribute as a true multicraft teammate — with training provided to expand your toolkit.

Multicraft Maintenance Technician — Corrugated PackagingDirect-hire opportunity in Lancaster, PA with Pro Services supporting a high-volume corrugated packaging facility. You’ll join a crew that keeps complex production lines humming — from corrugators and flexo folder gluers to rotary die cutters and utility assets — while advancing your skills through built-in training.A day (or night) in this roleStart your shift at either 3:00 PM or 11:00 PM. You’ll review priority work orders, execute preventive maintenance, and jump on urgent breakdown calls to keep uptime high. One moment you’re swapping bearings or aligning shafts; the next, you’re tracing a sensor fault, troubleshooting a motor starter, or rebuilding a pneumatic circuit.
