Evil Czech Brewery and Public House in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead Front of House across the group's four concepts. You will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, supervise staff, recruit and train, and ensure exceptional guest service and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant supervisor.
• Food and wine knowledge.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (R365, Aloha, Triple seat).
• Experience in event planning.
