Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group's BRU Burger in South Bend is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service. You will lead fronts and backs of house, help with scheduling, budgeting, and promotions, and step in as acting GM when needed.

Strong leadership, communication, and prior supervisory experience in fine dining are preferred in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale dining establishment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Assist in setting and achieving financial goals, monitoring performance, and making improvements as needed.
• Oversee and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams; recruit, train, and develop staff.
