Qualifications

• 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel between Indianapolis-area apartment communities as needed.
• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours.
• Convert leads into signed leases and move-ins.
