Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud to own how we detect, review, and act on misuse across partner surfaces. You will build operating models, partner agreements, and documentation to keep enforcement consistent and auditable.

This role requires detail-orientation, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to coordinate across teams and companies to drive work to completion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, or threat intelligence.
• Experience managing partner or vendor relationships across multiple organizations.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical workflows across policy, legal, and engineering.
• Experience building enforcement programs with SLAs, escalation paths, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces, from detection to action and appeal.
• Define enforcement paths for each partner's operating model and confirm when the partner controls the account.
• Manage SLAs for review, escalation, and action, and evaluate performance against them.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation guides for all enforcement workflows across clouds.
• Establish red-teaming, quality processes, and shared metrics.
• Stand up paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams, including referrals and indicator sharing.
• Own enforcement metrics and report them to Safeguards leadership, partners, and regulators.
