Anthropic is hiring an Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle across partner surfaces, coordinating with product, policy, Safeguards engineering, and Legal teams to maintain safe, auditable operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous documentation, and scalable enforcement programs in a fast-moving AI safety environment. Hybrid policy applies with on-site office presence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, threat intelligence, or related field.
• Have managed external partner or vendor relationships where you did not control the other side's systems or priorities.
• Comfortable working across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into practical workflows.
• Experience building enforcement programs from the ground up, including SLAs, escalation paths, and quality measurement.
• Highly organized, with a track record of maintaining rigorous documentation and SOPs in fast-moving environments.
• Clear and precise communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including partner executives.
• Energized by building scalable systems in ambiguous environments.
• Care deeply about responsible deployment of AI and enforcement's role in that mission.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces, from detection to action and communication.
• Define enforcement paths for each partner's operating model, including requests, execution, and confirmation.
• Manage SLAs for review, escalation, and action, and evaluate performance against them.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation guides for enforcement workflows across clouds.
• Establish red-teaming, quality processes, and shared metrics.
• Stand up paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams and share indicators.
• Own enforcement metrics and report to Safeguards leadership, partners, and regulators.
