Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud to own how we detect, review, and act on misuse across partner surfaces. You will build the operating model, partner agreements, and documentation to keep enforcement consistent, auditable, and fast across clouds.

You will coordinate with product, policy, Safeguards engineering, Legal, and partner teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows and rigorous SOPs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust & safety operations or enforcement programs.
• Ability to design and operate enforcement workflows across multiple cloud partners.
• Strong documentation and SOP discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces from detection to action and communication.
• Define enforcement paths for each partner's operating model and confirm actions when the partner controls the account.
• Manage SLAs, escalation, and quality processes; maintain cross-cloud consistency.
