Lewis County Hospital District No. 1 is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to handle patient registrations, phone duties, and insurance verification across multiple Arbor Health locations.
The role includes scanning, faxing, and auditing charts while supporting check-in/check-out and referral processes as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, medical office training, and experience working with the public, plus proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Serves as Clinic Receptionist at multiple Arbor Health locations. Duties include registering patients, answering telephones, ensure adequate billing information, putting the correct information into the computer, cash write-up, dispersing faxes, pulling, filing and scanning reports and charts. Providing coverage for the check in/check out & Referral position on an as needed basis due to illness or scheduled time off.
