As a Multi‑Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of four luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 70% clinical treatment and 30% clinic oversight of luxury senior living communities in The Villages. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s‑related conditions, general orthopaedic, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of FL.

Pay Rate: $68,000.00 – $85,000.00 base salary based on experience and credentials plus bonus opportunities.
