As a Multi-Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of four luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 70% clinical treatment and 30% clinic oversight of luxury senior living communities in Fort Myers and Cape Coral. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of FL

Pay Rate: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 base salary based on experience and credentials plus bonus opportunities.
