H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead operations of luxury senior living communities and oversee clinical services, delivering exceptional patient care in a 85/15 clinical/oversight model.

You will manage a primarily geriatric 1:1 caseload, including dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, orthopedics, and balance and dizziness, working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
• Prior experience in a management or leadership role preferred.

Responsabilidades

As a Clinic Director, you’ll oversee the operations of a luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education:
