Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support clinical teams across East region clinics in Minnesota and Wisconsin. You’ll help staff deliver compassionate, efficient patient care by coaching clinical support teams, improving clinic workflows, and keeping day to day operations consistent across locations.

We provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care with an emphasis on early diagnosis, patient education, and individualized treatment.

Qualifications

An associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
At least one year of leadership experience in a medical setting.
Ability to coach staff, solve problems, and manage priorities across multiple busy clinics.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and a patient-focused approach.
Familiarity with clinical operations and medical terminology; dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support clinical staff across assigned clinics.
Onboard and train team members; address staffing concerns; partner with clinic leaders on performance improvement.
Monitor patient flow, staff coverage, supplies, and daily operations.
Work with providers and directors to reinforce clinical workflows and process improvements.
Support safety, infection control, quality standards, and clinical compliance.
