Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms and how they affect reach/engagement.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable with social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability — you'll be managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's goals — driving engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Write copy, plan budgets, schedule content, and create ads across campaigns
• Conduct audience analysis, competitive analysis, and data analysis to inform strategy
• Stay current on platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, Google, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Contribute to SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization
• Manage and grow social media accounts for each assigned client
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner, and relay community feedback to internal stakeholders
• Participate in client and team meetings; maintain clear communication via email and Asana
• Deliver quarterly performance reports to clients
• Identify and develop brand/influencer collaboration opportunities
• Collaborate in team brainstorming sessions
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and share relevant insights with the team
• Meet monthly performance goals and account KPIs
