The Dominguez Firm is seeking a Social Growth & Creative Strategy lead to own the full execution of social media—developing concepts, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

We value a bilingual English/Spanish communicator with 3–5+ years of hands‑on growth, a strong portfolio of short‑form videos, and hands‑on experience filming and editing.

Qualifications

• Experience writing scripts and building content concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Create content that builds followers, trust, engagement, and inbound leads.
• Turn complex topics into concise, engaging content.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual presentation.
• Film and direct attorneys and team members.
• Edit short‑form videos optimized for each platform.
• Publish content natively and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with paid social teams to align organic insights with paid strategy.
• Track growth metrics and adjust strategy based on data.
