Qualifications

• 4+ years leading organic and paid social campaigns for a brand or agency.
• Experience owning direct ad budgets.
• Strong writing and ability to brief and direct video/content.
• Practical experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot or Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-audience social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Partner with Publisher Acquisition to launch targeted paid campaigns that drive qualified candidates into the funnel.
• Author clear creative briefs for Design and Video teams, directing short-form video, graphics, and copy from concept through launch.
• Build social content toolkits, local templates, and training calendars to support field Publishers.
• Curate pipeline of success stories, advertiser proof, client testimonials, and event coverage.
• Run continuous A/B tests and track channel metrics, conversion rates, and cost efficiency to optimize spend and content strategy.
• Manage daily social interactions and collaborate on reputation management and sensitive announcements.
