Qualifications

• Reliable smartphone; care plans and task documentation are done in the app.
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to multiple clients within one senior living community.
• Follow care plans and document tasks in real time on your phone.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Manage light household needs and provide companionship.
