Job summary

ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland is seeking a Shared Care Caregiver to support multiple clients within a premier senior living community. You will move between residents, performing companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and light housekeeping, tracked in our care app.

We value honesty, reliability, and strong time management. You will use a smartphone to document visits, participate in training, and have opportunities to pick up additional shifts as census grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong time management to balance multiple clients per shift.
• Reliable smartphone and ability to document tasks in our care app.
• Comfort with technology and digital record-keeping.
• High school diploma or GED and access to reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check and registry checks as required by Texas HHSC.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community.
• Follow individualized care plans in our app and document each task as completed.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Manage light household needs and provide companionship.
