This long-term, one-location role focuses on companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and light housekeeping, with tasks managed in a care app on your smartphone.

The position offers a steady schedule and weekly pay. You will move between clients, ensuring efficient care, accurate documentation, and continuous care plans

Qualifications

Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Strong time management and efficiency required.
Reliable smartphone for app-based task documentation.
Pass background checks as required by Texas HHSC.

Responsibilities

Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community.
Follow individualized care plans in the app and document each task as completed.
Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
Manage light household needs and provide companionship.
