Job summary

ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland is seeking a Shared Care Caregiver to support multiple clients in a premier senior living community. This long-term role focuses on steady hours in one location with a growing client base, including companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and light housekeeping.

You will use a care app on your smartphone to follow care plans, document tasks in real time, and maintain accurate digital records.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong time management to balance multiple clients per shift.
• Reliable smartphone and ability to document tasks in an app.
• Pass background checks as required by Texas HHSC.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community.
• Follow individualized care plans and document each task as completed.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Manage light household needs.
• Provide companionship and socialization.
