Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning seeks an Associate Teacher Multi-Classroom to support classrooms across the campus. This full-time, permanent role covers breaks, assists teachers, maintains a clean classroom, and helps implement curriculum.

You will train staff, guide students, and adapt to shifting classroom needs, reporting to the Assistant Director. Strong communication with families and readiness to cover extended absences are essential.

Qualifikationen

• CDA or equivalent required, or 12 college credits in ECE or related field.
• U.S. work authorization and background checks required.
• Experience with early childhood education standards (NAEYC preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced setting.

Aufgaben

• Follow lesson plans and assist Lead/Associate teachers with planning.
• Prepare instructional materials and learning aids.
• Supervise children and support social, emotional, and language development.
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and IEP implementation.
• Maintain a safe, healthy classroom and collaborate with staff.
