The Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning is seeking an Associate Teacher Multi-Classroom to support classrooms across the campus. This full-time, permanent position covers breaks, assists teachers, and maintains a safe, engaging learning environment while following curriculum and CHS standards.

Responsibilities include lesson planning support, materials prep, tracking child progress, and collaboration with teaching staff.

Qualifikationen

• CDA or equivalent credential (or 12 college credits in ECE) required.
• Experience with NAEYC standards and PBIS preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with diverse families.

Aufgaben

• Follow lesson plans and assist with lesson planning.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and learning aides.
• Supervise children and provide guidance on tasks.
• Promote social, emotional, and language development in the classroom.
• Support screenings, assessments, and ongoing evaluation of a child’s progress.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Track child progress and maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and CHS standards; attend workshops and meetings.
