The Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning in Lancaster, PA is hiring an Assistant Teacher Multi-Classroom for a full-time, permanent role across campus classrooms. You will cover breaks, support lead teachers, help implement curriculum, maintain a clean, safe learning environment, and model positive classroom behavior.

Starting pay ranges from $19.28 to $20.08 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will work with a dedicated team and participate in ongoing training and development

Competenze

• High School Diploma with CDA or 12 college credits in early childhood education.
• CDA Accreditation preferred; PA ECE Level A/B encouraged.
• U.S. work authorization and successful background checks.
• Comfort with technology including MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Monitor child attendance and transitions.
• Greet children and parents and facilitate smooth entry into the classroom.
• Follow lesson plans and assist in curriculum implementation.
• Support teachers during breaks and classroom coverage.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist with assessments and tracking of child progress.
