Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to drive data-driven insights across campaigns, websites, CRM, and social channels. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and revenue.

The role requires strong analytics, SQL and Excel skills, and experience with modern visualization tools. The position emphasizes data governance, scalable reporting, and communication of insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma).
• Experience with AI-powered reporting tools.
• Experience with Sigma, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Total Expert.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Snowflake for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Sigma, Excel, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting systems to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Provide teams with actionable insights based on data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across marketing operations.
• Track KPIs and generate ad-hoc reporting to measure outcomes of strategies.
• Present complex data findings to senior management and stakeholders.
