Job summary

OneImaging Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive member engagement marketing across the full lifecycle. You’ll execute multi-channel campaigns, coordinate direct-mail and events, and keep projects on track with cross-functional teams.

Focus is on execution and coordination within existing platforms, with increasing automation. 2–4 years in similar roles and strong vendor logistics experience are preferred; equity and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing operations, coordinator, or lifecycle execution.
• Experience across email, SMS, landing pages, and direct mail campaigns.
• Hands-on in Braze or Iterable; platform admin handled by marketing lead.
• Strong organizational and multi-workstream coordination in ticketing tools.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and print/mail production.

Responsibilities

• Execute and QA member campaigns across channels, build journeys, test workflows.
• Coordinate direct-mail production with print/mail vendors and inventory.
• Manage marketing intake in Linear and drive requests to completion.
• Build backlog of ideas, coordinate experiments, document results and actions.
• Support new-customer launches end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Create and update member-facing content in Canva; align with brand.
• Pull performance data, run A/B tests, summarize results for decisions.
• Work with automation workflows, QA, and streamline repetitive tasks.
