Job summary

FifthBoston Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead programs across paid advertising, content, social, and email. You will own strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts, using FifthBoston tools to drive results for small businesses and growth-stage companies.

You will develop and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and other channels, craft compelling copy, and run email programs inside the Helm platform with automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs across paid and organic channels.
• Proven ability to run paid campaigns on Meta or Google with cost per lead and ROAS focus.
• Strong writing skills for email, social, and ad copy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across paid search, paid social, organic content, and email.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and comparable channels with a focus on leads and revenue.
• Write, brief, and oversee copy and creative assets reflecting each client's brand.
• Build and manage email marketing programs inside the Helm platform, including automation sequences, promotional sends, and performance reporting.
• Deliver regular performance reports to clients with clear interpretation of results and specific recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the SVN Labs team for landing pages, custom integrations, or technical adjustments.
