Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Clinical Equipment Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across all NGHS campuses. You will oversee fleet lifecycle, utilization, PAR level compliance, and budget, working with clinical, operational, and supply chain leaders to improve patient care and financial stewardship.

You will guide staffing, regulatory compliance, and service performance while driving continuous improvement and coordinating equipment redistribution

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Healthcare Technology Management, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, clinical equipment services, HTM, or related field; three (3) or more years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Equipment Services program across NGHS campuses.
• Oversee lifecycle management of clinical service equipment (acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, replacement).
• Analyze equipment utilization, evaluate rental vs capital purchasing, and optimize financial performance.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for equipment, rentals, supplies, and fleet operations.
• Ensure equipment availability aligns with patient care needs; partner with clinical, operational, supply chain leaders.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract performance; monitor service levels and corrective actions.
