Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Clinical Equipment Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Equipment Services program across all NGHS campuses. You will oversee fleet equipment lifecycle, utilization, PAR level compliance, budget supervision, staffing, regulatory compliance, and service performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills related to equipment utilization, performance, and budget management.
• Leadership across multiple campuses, departments, or healthcare operations.
• Ability to make strategic decisions regarding equipment rentals, fleet management, and staffing.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Ability to hold teams and stakeholders accountable to service standards and goals.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, equipment lifecycle management, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Equipment Services program and manage team leads across NGHS.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle management including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Analyze utilization and decide on rentals vs capital purchasing for financial impact.
• Develop operating and capital budgets for equipment, rentals, and fleet operations.
• Ensure equipment availability aligns with patient care through cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor performance, service levels, and vendor compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead training, onboarding, coaching, and workforce development activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and support organizational initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and reporting on inventory, utilization, and financial metrics.
