Neighborly is seeking a Social Media Manager, Organic to join the Accounting team in a hybrid role across our multi-brand network. You will develop and publish social-first content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile, while aligning with brand guidelines and performance insights.

You will manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and optimize content with trends and data. Collaboration with the Sr.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple social accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video, graphics, carousels, and social copy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content ideas within established pillars and identify gaps from trends and performance data.
• Create and edit social-first content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and QA across assigned accounts.
• Monitor engagement, reach, video views, and audience interactions; identify insights to inform strategy.
• Package national content for franchise locations while maintaining brand consistency.
