Ambu USA is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to build and manage our organic social presence from Columbia, MD. The role focuses on writing, content creation, and simple design for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

You will manage the content calendar, craft platform-native assets, and use performance data to improve content and timing. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site and occasional weekend event coverage.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong writing and hands-on social content creation.
• Experience managing organic social channels for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.

• Own day-to-day organic social execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Manage the editorial calendar, content schedule, publishing cadence, and coordination with priorities.
• Create platform-native content including posts, carousels, short-form video, and campaign content.
• Identify opportunities to grow priority audiences through relevant content and timely responses.
• Monitor conversations and escalate sensitive feedback through internal channels.
