Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation and service across all brands, ensuring adherence to recipes and production plans.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the kitchen to brand standards.
• Reports maintenance, customer and personnel issues to upper management.
• Manages portion control, minimizes waste, and ensures proper waste procedures are followed.
• Utilizes production planning tools to meet correct food at the right times.
• Conducts regular quality checks on food preparation and service.
• Ensures personnel maintain professional appearance and uniform standards; trains staff.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and required documentation.
• Ensures health and safety regulations compliance and safe work conditions.
• Provides friendly, competent customer service across all food brands.
• Fills in as necessary to maintain kitchen operations during staffing shortages.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
• Directly supervise three or more employees.
