Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Pump Kitchen Assistant Manager to support kitchen operations across multiple brands, ensuring high quality food service and adherence to the food production plan. Responsibilities include assisting with ordering supplies, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and helping train staff for efficient operations.

The role requires flexibility to work holidays and weekends, strong communication, and reliability.

Formación

• Minimum six months food handling or food service experience is required.
• Ability to read and follow product specifications.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and any other required shift(s).
• Professional appearance and attire.

Responsabilidades

• Supports in overseeing food preparation and service across all brands, ensuring adherence to recipes and production plans.
• Helps maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization and appearance to company standards.
• Leads by example and works with team in preparing food items according to make sheet recipes.
• Utilizes production planning tools to ensure correct food qualities and timing; monitors waste to minimize loss.
• Conducts regular checks to ensure consistent, high quality food preparation and service.
• Ensures personnel maintain professional appearance and proper uniform standards.
• Assists in training staff on policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Learns opening and closing procedures and ensures smooth shift transitions.
• Adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains safe work conditions.
• Provides friendly, competent customer service across all food brands.
• Reports to work during staffing shortages to keep kitchen operations fully operational.
